30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our courses. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Have completed less than 30% of the course content
  • Provide a reason for the refund request

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@playschool.dev with your order details
  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund
  3. We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed more than 30%
  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase
  • Digital downloads after access has been granted
  • Services already rendered (mentorship sessions, code reviews)

Course Transfer

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer course transfers to a different cohort or course of equal value, subject to availability.

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Technical issues preventing course access
  • Course content significantly different from description
  • Instructor unavailability for extended periods

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
